Then afterwards, we will have a contest to see who can eat the most Habaneros and Jalapenos. LOL! Here's a tip from Tex-Mex land: Don't depend on liquid to cut the pepper heat. Try tortillas or bread...The jalapeno rates as high as 10,000 on the Scoville heat index. The habanero tops the scale at 300,000. It’s the hottest pepper on the planet.  Naturally, we will have plenty of Iced Tea and Tequila to put the fire out. Prizes to be determined later. LOL!
