Is it possible to use FightAIDS@home on BOINC ?

Hello all,

I would like to use BOINC with the projects FighAIDS@home, which i have selected it on this page : https://secure.worldcommunitygrid.org/ms/viewMyProjects.do , but BOINC runs only Rosetta and not FightAids@home :'(

I like to use BOINC because it can run on service : there isn't any tray icon :)

I have just a question : if i want to work on FighAIDS, can i do it with BOINC ? Or i must use WCG's client ?

Hello PC Futé,
We are boarding the FightAIDS@Home program, AutoDock, to run on BOINC sometime in the near future. Just now, FightAIDS@Home only runs on our UD client in Windows.

It should not be a long wait.

Another bit of info that might be of interest:
You can run the UD agent as a service and not show the icon in the tray (see here if you are interested -- note the disclaimer at the bottom of the page -- I personally have this set up on a couple of computers without problems).
