customized run times
I customized my run times to run at night. However, it didn't run as it was supposed to last night. How do I get it back to the normal run times since it won't connect to grid until project is done? sad

Well, if you have not customized the communication times, make sure the new profile is waiting on the website for a download, then bring up the agent (double-click), minimize it, and bring it up again. That should force a connection. If you have customized the communication times, then you might have to reset the Windows clock time.
