Hi,
I am attached to rosetta project. and have secured some points so far. However they have not been updated on my grid webpage. Neither is my machine visible on the device profile. Is it because that i m behind a proxy server? Because of this my credits are not getting added to that of the team. Plz help --uday |

THe BOINC Clients take a bit longer to show up on the website. Since the Boinc version is kind of new to WCG the results are all looked at and verified before they appear on the site and you get real points for them. I have a 300mhz compy that took almost 3 days to show up :) mmmm speed!

Chase - in general you are correct. However, Udaykant has identified a real issue.
There was some bad data that prevented devices from being imported properly into the website database. This in turn prevented the statistics for those devices from being credited to the user which of course in turn prevented those statistics from being credit to teams. We have identified a fix and all statistics will be properly updated during the statistics update that is scheduled to occur in about 25 minutes. This affected all users who attached a new BOINC device during the past 3 days. Existing BOINC devices were not affected. As always we apologize for the error and are taking steps to prevent this one from occuring again. |

Ok - the stats took longer then normal to run to correct this but it has been completed. All stats are correct again.

So maybe that explains why one of my devices said it had compleated 3 units, gotten points, but it said "Never" on last result return time? :)
