The Screen Saver

Is there an explaination of the A, B & C functions illustrated. I've watched it many times but don't really have a clue about the B graph concerning docking energies. Where do I go so i can understand the color designation of the + and the placement on the grid?

Re: The Screen Saver

Glad you asked. If you click on the red HELP in the upper right of the screen, you see a menu guiding you through the web site. If you select 'Explaining the FightAIDS@Home Agent' then you can read the explanation: http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/help/viewTopic.do?shortName=faahagent

Re: The Screen Saver

Thank you for reposting the link to the help OVERVIEW page. The ligand I'm running now is has been skirting and covered the dotted base line. Is this common for this phase of molecules that are being run now? It may be silly to think this way but I'm rooting for mine as I type. It's only my second run so time will tell how similar each run will be. Any imput or correlation to others running close to the base line is appreciated.

Re: The Screen Saver

Also watch the numbers on the graph axes. Bigger negative numbers means bigger negative energy.

Re: The Screen Saver

To keep me clear, you must be referring to the B axi. What about the C section where the negative number has expended to -13 on one of my runs while it was breaking thru the dotted control line.
