After I loaded the grid software, the sign-up page poped up but all the button areas were blank. When I would press the wrong button an error or alert message would come up but it was completely blank so I have no clue what it meant. This is the first computer I have loaded. I did dumb down the screen resolution from my normal 1600x1200 to 1024x768 & set the fonts back to normal, but to no avail. Any suggestions??
