How do I know if I've contributed any useful results

I've been running the Folding@Home for a while and have recently switched 100% to FightAIDS@Home.

I assume the bulk of our results would be a "no" for a ligand fit, however I can't find anything that says what happens if we find a positive result, so my question is this:

How does a user or team get any feedback that their contribution has been successful?

Thanks,

Re: How do I know if I've contributed any useful results

Hello DavidPWhite,
I do not even know if the result of any one run is particularly significant, or if instead the researchers are interested in 'clumps' of resuilts. You will have to ask a project scientist when one starts posting to inform us what is going on.

Tought about this too, then decided to think like this: all results are useful. To know what might not work is as important to know what might.

If I understand this project correctly, it is an attempt to map a space. All locations in that space is important to know.
