Hi everyone.
I'm having difficulty getting BOINC working in linux. I am running Ubuntu version 5.04 (Hoary Hedgehog). I've followed the instructions that appear after downloading the boinc shell script exactly, and yet I get errors:
Any ideas? Thanks. |

Are you attempting to utilize the BOINC manager or just running the BOINC command line client?

I'm just trying to run the BOINC command line client.
Tonight I intend to reinstall (upgrade) my OS. I'll let you know if I get the same problems later tonight or tommorow. Perhaps it should be noted that I am on dial-up. Thanks knreed. |
