DPRGI - Kouguar

The number of WUs was not counted correctly. From the end of August until the resumption of operations in October, there are approximately a hundred uncounted WUs missing, in addition to those still unresolved from July 12, 2025. Will they ever be updated? Every problem that arises always results in dozens of uncounted WUs being lost, thus wasting work and energy.

If you look at your Results, DPRGI - Kouguar, there should be myriads of cases of Pending Validation, isn't it? Still uncounted, but waiting to get counted. The techs have acknowledged that there is a validation backlog to be resolved, which you can read at the Operational Status tab.

Hmmm... Not really sure what's going on in my case. The "My Contribution" -> "History" figures are a fraction of what they were before the environment move (even taking into account "dropping" two Android devices).
The numbers don't correlate with what I see in "My Contribution" -> "Results" and from the latter I see there's an increase of 102 in error in a period of approximately 30 hours. There's not much point in me continuing processing if my hardware is returning duff results! I have 20 cores dedicated 100% so would be expecting to return about 16 days (well at least 14 days = a fortnight) every day but at present over the last 5 days I only seem to have processed for 17, 7, 10, 4 and 3 days respectively so that's not really progressing the science and the search for solutions.... |

There's not much point in me continuing processing if my hardware is returning duff results! Have a look at the individual Error results -- you might find that a lot of them are "Permanent HTTP error" download failures, as there seem to be occasional bursts of those. (I had 3 such errors at 14:57 UTC today and another two at 16:10 UTC; the latter 2 workunits had 5 other failures to download between them!...)Cheers - Al. |
