I don't login or check my Boinc very often, but I did today.
It looks my computer did no work for all of Sep 2025. Possibly related, I looked at the "Boinc Manager - Transfer" tab and noticed every single "Status" displayed "Upload: pending (project backoff . . . then some numbers counting down)" Additionally, the "Boinc Manager - Tasks" tab has stuff stuck from 03-Sep-2025, per the "Deadline" column. The "Status" of these items is either "Ready to Report" or "Uploading". It appears they have been stuck like this for a whole month. Yes, I did reboot the computer but Boinc continued displaying the same results. Yes, my internet is working fine. I am actually typing this message from the Boinc desktop in question. No, clicking the "Retry" does nothing. It just seems stuck. I would attach a screenshot but don't know how. |

It's not you. Its Krembil who refuse to bring the BOINC environment on their side up.
They are still working on the migration of the datacenters, which should took about 2 hours according to their own announcement at the end of august. The said two hours turned into 5 weeks and counting as of now. |

We ARE (finally) seeing progress at our end - as, 3 out of my 4 computers have had their work uploaded (but not yet, reported), so we're 'getting there....'

Oh wow.
On the one hand that is good to know because I thought it was just me. On the other hand that is bad to know because it impacts everyone. Question: Do I correctly assume this holds true for ANY boinc project I am running? I ask because I have 2 different computers and each runs a different boinc program. Both are experiencing this issue, although my 2nd computer only started acting weird a couple days ago. |

It only holds true for WCG
I ran Milkway all September. Climbed 2261 positions. I would have preferred a health or heatth-science related project but they are all dry. |

Question: Do I correctly assume this holds true for ANY boinc project I am running? No. I'm running Milkyway as my backup CPU project without any issues caused by that and Einstein as my main GPU project. If you don't check your computers often, you should always have at least one backup project (zero ressource share) ready to kick in in case your main project runs out of work for whatever reason.![]() |

Is anyone still having this problem with World Grid?
I am wanting to run the "Mapping Cancer Markers" like I have for years, but I am not pulling any work. I am using BoInc version 7.24.1 which came with my Linux Mint 22.1 installation. |
