Re: WCG migration to a new environment finally complete

I have about 30 Windows based systems (XP, WIn10 and Win11).
All are showing up in my device list - only once.
Even after selecting "for all time" for the display options, I do not see any duplications.

HOWEVER, there have been numerous reports, like yours, that mention this problem.

this problem is particularly bad if one wants to change the settings for a given host. Which one of the many same entries does one take for making the changes?

Re: WCG migration to a new environment finally complete

All my devices are showing 'No Work Available To Process'

Am I the only one with this issue?

Re: WCG migration to a new environment finally complete

I've noticed the same thing, I had about a dozen results uploaded yesterday, but before that, nothing since the end of August.

Re: WCG migration to a new environment finally complete

I hope the IT team know the last update to the web results, history pages was Aug 31st. I expect the tasks that update these results and the web queries pull the data from needs to be fixed before new work units can be generated/released.

Re: WCG migration to a new environment finally complete

It seems that my Boinc is trying to download some WUs, but after a bit, I can see these error messages in the log:
Those were not work units (WU) but logo/screen saver pictures, and what ever cause those to show up while WCG was working on the servers has since disappeared.

It is still a waiting game and it might take just another "weekend sprint" before something substantial will start moving.

Re: WCG migration to a new environment finally complete

Is it really? My Android devices still show tasks either uploading or ready to report, but no activity appears to be taking place. I also added a laptop running Ubuntu. It added World Community Grid as a project but has not downloaded any tasks so far.
