Looks like ARP is now in resend only mode. Hopefully they will load more in the hopper before the weekend.

Looks like ARP is now in resend only mode. Hopefully they will load more in the hopper before the weekend. Haven't seen any ARP1 resends in more than a week, and 5 "originals" yesterday, among about two dozen hosts. A total of 6 ARP1 WUs are currently still crunching, with 4 of them expected to finish by the end of the day, the other two are off-site and I can't check them remotely, so I don't know if they are finishing soon too or if those still have some residue work from the backup project that kicked in during the last WU drought... And it is pretty much weekend in Toronto by now, so I don't hold my breath that his is fixed for the weekend. Let's just hope the whole system doesn't take a nose dive again... Ralf |

My 2 day ARP cache is now down to a 1 day ARP cache.
My MCM 4 hour cache is down to 10 minutes. Looks like a backup project weekend, but I still have 1 day of ARPs to chew on before I let the backup project run. |

I'm out of WUs right now. I'll start up my backup project now, and hopefully I'll get some resends from WCG.

I started my backup project... and now I have fresh MCM WUs.
Anyone seen any fresh ARP yet? |

I can confirm new MCM1 work (in my case it started to flow about 16:20 UTC); as for ARP1, I received one new task at about 17:50 UTC, and nothing since (but it usually seems to take a while to get up to speed when new data appears, so I don't expect to see many more, if any, for a few hours...).
Cheers - Al. |

I ran dry this morning, turned my computer off for most of the day. When I turned it back on at 21:00 GMT, I received 7 MCM WUs. No ARP.

I feel like I won the lottery. I got an ARP resend.
I'm getting a steady supply of MCM (fresh and resends) Still no official word on what is going on. The hardware page for Nibi was update on July 23. It is a little late for the early July date, but the fact that they updated the page with some machine specs makes me think that things are still moving along, and hopefully we will so have hardware that can support a better functioning WCG. |
