Damn thing is broken again. Sporadic MCM and ARP. I've got 1 ARP running, only a few MCM today. What was supposed to be fixed/changed in July on the system? If it was changed, it didn't help a bit. Really a shame at this point. And no communications from anyone in authority as to what the latest problem is, or when it will be fixed.

I have no WU's coming in, and I have MCM and every other project checked as ready and willing to compute. Not sure what's going on here, either-

I only quoted it because someone asked if there was "any response to what is going on" :-)
It wasn't a particularly well-phrased status report, was it? "resolved" and "WUs are coming back" were both likely to be taken as meaning "we've already fixed it" rather than "we know what we need to do and have started working on the fix" -- as a result it looks like a lie even if it wasn't (if you see what I mean!) Perhaps if they had more staff someone would have time to post "estimated time of return to normal service" messages for issues like this in one of the forums here -- I wouldn't expect them to put estimated times in an Operational Status report on the Jurisica Lab web site. Ah, well... back to monitoring recalcitrant MAM1 Beta tasks... Cheers - Al. |
