Two Windows machines still asking for Smash Childhood Cancer work (fixed)

I have two Windows machines still asking for Smash Childhood Cancer work.

3/15/2025 1:36:50 AM | World Community Grid | No tasks are available for Mapping Cancer Markers
3/15/2025 1:36:50 AM | World Community Grid | No tasks are available for Smash Childhood Cancer

SCC is no longer available in Profiles.
I've already tried resetting the project to no avail. I did notice after the reset that the SCC static files were downloaded again.

Can the local configuration files be updated to stop asking for SCC work or is there a cleanup task necessary on the WCG end?
Anybody seeing this behavior?

confused

This.

You can try however to enable for example ARP in your profile (and disable it again if you don't want it), maybe that will clean up your project preferences.

Silly question but, does it matter?

It involves no extra work on the part of your computers, it makes no difference to what you receive, just one extra line in the log.

This fixed it. Thanks!

If I had not read this thread i would never noticed those info messages. So I gave it a try and yes it does do a reset... both Windows and Linux.

It also got rid of:
2025-03-17 10:52:02 | World Community Grid | No tasks are available for Help Stop TB

Though, kinda have to agree with Bryn Mawr above
