We are aware of the server issues that result in the new workunits not being released. Unfortunately. we are not able to fix the issue right away, due to the timing.

I noted the "due to the timing" quote, and having observed what appeared to be a few similar 24-hour outages (with the same 12:30 to 12:30 behaviour) for services such as db-purge, file deletion or assimilation over the last year or so I find myself wondering what causes something to stop working at 12:30 one day and not restart until the same time the next day! Just curious, and wondering if anything can be done about it :-) Cheers - Al. |
