Stuck Uploads

Since the system started having issues due to the Rainforest work, I've been noticing that my machines have been having several to many packets in "Uploading" state for many days. Today, I noticed one machine had 43 such packets trying to upload to the server, but cannot (and yes, it is connected to the network, and I have rebooted it many times), and it no longer is getting any new packets.

What is going on with the servers? Why are we all having so much trouble since WCG moved from IBM?

Please fix this issue immediately. This is getting ridiculous.
