Unable to receive tasks
Is there a reason why WCG tasks are hard to come by? As I am unable to receive any for a while. Not only that the website is slow.

This happens regulary, I shut my computers down , monitor this forum and await the fix. Generally takes a few days.

The restart of ARP (Africa Rainfall Project) has caused a disastrous overload on the servers and communication routers. Even tiny downloads from MCM (less than 1kB each) are affected.
