WUs "stuck" at "ready to report"
Just noticed, that I have a bunch of OPNG WUs "stuck" at "Ready to report" status.
Anything going on or is it just me?

You're not alone.
Check your BOINC log, and you will likely find something like this:
World Community Grid	2024-04-05 19:09:37	Sending scheduler request: To fetch work.
World Community Grid	2024-04-05 19:09:37	Reporting 1 completed tasks
World Community Grid	2024-04-05 19:09:37	Requesting new tasks for CPU and NVIDIA GPU
World Community Grid	2024-04-05 19:09:44	Scheduler request failed: HTTP service unavailable


No worry though. It's soon weekend, and "going home time" for the WCG team, and it's "normal" for WCG to start having issues, just before the weekend. (SNAFU) smile

Edit: That error is now history, and requests, and reporting is working again.
