I can confirm the new OPNG WUs; I've only had two so far but they are for a new receptor (1yyp_v1--inertK60) and were generated just before 23:00 (UTC) on 2024-02-07.
Cheers - Al. |

I've seen a few go by as well. My take is they're sending a few through to make sure they work before they open the floodgates.

Hi!
After some Google search, it seems we are analysing the human Herpes Virus! See structure of virus: https://www.rcsb.org/structure/1yyp |

I think that we have run out of OPNG tasks. The question is if it's due to a problem, or if they just don't have any more tasks to send out for now.

The usual thing is happening where newly created OPNG tasks are being gobbled up quickly within seconds. Are you running a script to update your hosts to request new task?
----------------------------------------Just to illustrate, this task that I got was created on Feb. 19, 2024 - 17:22 UTC and I received it on 2024-02-19 17:22:57 UTC. So less than 60 seconds. https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/contribution/workunit/481337196 |

Is there any prospect of new OPNG units or other work for GPUs?

Hi roundup,
At this point, we have not received an update from the OPN team about when we can expect more work from them. We plan to meet with the research team within the next 2 weeks, so I will share any updates that they provide at that time. |

Hi roundup, Since TigerLily has left the building for good, I do not know who from the team that will answer this question, but it's been more than 2-weeks now, and one could wonder what the OPN team said during that meeting. At this point, we have not received an update from the OPN team about when we can expect more work from them.
