I am a member of the PC Review Crew II team. There has always been contact between my team and WCG which has meant that I could access my results and points totals through PC Review.
----------------------------------------However, since the last major outage, around 10 October 2023, this contact has been lost and I can longer gain access to my information at PC Review. The administration at PC Review state that the loss of contact between the two parties is not at their end but must be at WCG and that we simply have to wait to see if the contact will be re-established, presumably by WCG. This does not seem to be happening (now close on six weeks) and I wondered if WCG is able to look into this problem and restore the link. Also, are other teams experiencing the same problem?

Hi Niv,
I followed up with the tech team about this issue. They said that they are aware that the XML stats export that typically is used for the stats update at PC Review is not working and they will be assigning someone to fix it. |

Hi there,
----------------------------------------Still no progress on this issue. Did anyone ever get round to looking at it? It's now close on nine months since the outage that caused the problem. We are certainly missing the stats here at PC Review.

The tech team are looking into an issue with the message broker where they suspect that delivery of data over the TEAM queue is malfunctioning. We should have an update regarding the status of this issue later this week. |
