Cannot update my Device Profile(s)

This morning I tried to update my Device Profile by changing a setting. After clicking 'Save' this error message appears: "Unfortunately, an error occurred while processing your request. You can try again or you can Contact Us and tell us about the error."

Afterwards, after checking the device profile again, nothing has changed indeed.

I've tried changing several device profiles (home, school) to no avail.

EDIT: I tried to submit the problem through the Contact Us form, but after clicking Submit the form fails to transmit:

504 Gateway Time-out
The server didn't respond in time.

I just tried updating my Device profile, and I can confirm that I get the same error.

The same happened to me 2-3 days ago. Including the problem using the contact form.
Then the day after, the Device profile changing worked again. I didn't try the contact form the day after.

And the Device Profile Update Error is back.

Unfortunately, an error occurred while processing your request. You can try again or you can Contact Us and tell us about the error.


And the Contact form is also not working. Still broken.

Wonder if some of their back-end servers are still configured to use DHCP instead of static network assignments, leading to the 504?

It's Friday, and the issue with the Device Profile, is still not fixed. Still the same error. and the same goes for the contact form.

I forwarded these concerns to a member of the tech team when you brought them to our attention 2 days ago. The contact form is now working. I will provide updates as they continue to work to resolve ongoing issues.

The updating of the device profile settings does work now, and I can also confirm that the contact form also works. I just sent a simple test message.
