Thread: Overview Not Updating - Last Updated October 9th, 2023 |

Hi,
I've noticed that the overview page is showing 'last updated: October 9, 2023 - 12:06 UTC'. It shows the last result returned is October 9, 2023 as well, along with a current streak of 0. When I look at devices, I see my device listed, it shows that the last result was October 9th. When I go to the results tab, I see 313 results from today all the way back to being returned on October 9th. 5 - In progress 154 - pending validation 154 - valid (11061 granted credit) Is this a case where the results just haven't been updated since then, or is there some other issue I need to resolve? |

The problem is not on your end. The system is not yet fully functional. I am guessing everybody is missing the same information, I know I am. Eventually they will get it sorted out. Cheers

Yes, I too noted that there were no updates after October 9 but I was receiving new WUs and up and downloading were continuing. However, I now find that, despite the uploading continuing, I have had no new WUs since yesterday evening (tasks are committed to other platforms) and will run out by later today.
----------------------------------------I am told that on Facebook (which I do not use) there is a comment that the system will be sorted out by Monday !!

The news is sparse and their Facebook ( of which I am not a member) page entry is old.

I am not on Facebook nor have I signed up for Twitter. I have tried loading Twitter on three different browsers, Firefox, PaleMoon, and Waterfox. Twitter errors out on each of them. It hasn't worked very well ever since Daddy BIgbucks took it over and renamed it. For a while it was passable, but now non operable.
----------------------------------------Since the forum is operable, perhaps a message could be posted there, but that may be a lot to ask on a weekend. Cheers

Check the WCG Twitter feed. They have several issues at the moment. Agreed. They usually update well on Twitter-X, and I have almost zero issues with Twitter-X now.

As announced on Wednesday, we identified an issue preventing the normal operation of the website and website database. During recovery efforts, it was discovered that the virtual disk containing daily database backups had failed due to the ongoing data center outage.
Fortunately, the data on this virtual drive remained intact. However, the failed virtual drive has been preventing the database server from rebooting.
