Since ~05:30 EST I've been getting an "HTTP Service Unavailable" in the event log. Work is uploading but not downloading. The HTTP service may need a restart.

Same here. And is the validator stopped as well? I've got returned work units where my returned wingman and I are both 'pending validation', e.g. https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/contribution/workunit/390564895
