Since our recent outage, absolutely no stats have shown up on Free-DC or BOINCstats. If I bring up my overview page on WCG, it shows work being done, so that's good at least.

Our tech team has been communicating with our contact from the data centre where our servers reside to try and address this issue. They are working to investigate and resolve the problem, but we are not sure what the time frame will be. |

It's been 4 days since TigerLily's post acknowledging the issue, and three of the days since then have been non-working days for the team in Toronto. I'm sure they'll let us know when they have more information to share.

I'm sure they'll let us know when they have more information to share. You must be wearing some nicely rose colored glasses.The problem exists since 7/22 (a Saturday), that are now 17 days. And WCG Towers have been notified and SHOULD have been aware of this the latest since 7/24 (Monday), so it is at least 10 days where they didn't acknowledge the problem, as they were completely incommunicado due to the alleged data center outage.
