Thread: Recived an email saying I haven't downloaded BOINC, it's been running for the past 3 days |

My profile page shows absolutely nothing, no devices, no activity, no contributions, nothing, but I've been running the BOINC Manager and chugging away on various projects for days now. I thought maybe it would take a couple days for my profile to reflect the changes, but I just got an email saying I haven't downloaded the software at all? I tried reinstalling it, but that changed nothing. I really don't know what to do.

The missing devices thread https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread_thread,44607 might have an answer for you. His situation doesn't seem to be the same, as he claims that nothing is showing up in the Results page too, which doesn't seem to be the case for all those people in that thread, where the devices are "only" missing from the Overview/Devices list and subsequent stats. I had the same problem. I couldn't log in either. I had to clear the browser cookies. I can log in now with no problem.
