New laptop - MISSING DEVICE

User name: steve_g

Restarted crunching on my new laptop on 20APR23 - Now 04MAY23.

Have returned 31 valid units as per the Results web page.

My new laptop is not listed in Devices (nor are any of my other old retired devices), which shows last result returned 05OCT22.

Is there anything I can do to get my new laptop recognised?

I have searched the Forums, but from what I see, action is needed by the support team. Is that correct?

Hi Steve, if there is a device missing from your account, please share your device's name and/or host ID in the Missing Devices in My Contribution thread. From there I will be able to share it with a member of the tech team who can manually add it to your account.

I have the same issue, 7 new devices are missing, I see data in my contribution > results but in overview last sent data is very old and no devices..
