Invisible Devices?

I was forced to scrap a few of my most decrepit machines and I replaced them with the creatively named "One", "Two" and "Three" so I renamed the one survivor of the purge to "Four". All well and good and all machines are crunching away. Problem is that the results for all except "Three" do not show up anywhere. Is there some arcane bit of knowledge that I'm lacking to get all of the machines to be recognized? All are running W10 Pro and are AFAIK set up absolutely identically. Oh, I should add that these changes were made dating back about a month.

Re: Invisible Devices?

Seems like a known issue with new devices not showing up in Statistics. Check the News subforum for a bit of discussion. I do hope they fix it once and for all, since I plan on bringing new systems online as well.

Hi jmcgaw, if you could send a support email to us with the host IDs of all of your missing devices, a member of the tech team can add it to your profile manually.
