And just to add to the issues, it seems external stats doesn't seem to have been running since yesterday... Since it wasn't clear (where, what, how, when) Ralf observed something, I conducted my own investigations ... ![]() Ralf is right, https://download.worldcommunitygrid.org/boinc/stats/ hasn't been updated since 2022-12-10 19:12. Thanks for the update. Just as an aside, I was wondering if Cyclops is doing any crunching. If he or she is, by monitoring periodically their cruncher(s) they may be able to identify some of the discussed issues more readily. Just curious. I can confirm that the daily stats/generations.txt etc have not changed since Saturday. Doing your own crunching, even just a little, would show you the problems that we have been having. We have also had very little feedback from the problems we have been reporting. Mike |

@Cyclops How will I know if you folks have successfully received information I sent via the CONTACT hyperlink -or- the SUPPORT email? Hi bfmorse, have you not been receiving any responses to your emails? I've been replying to several of them and have sent some to the tech team. If you haven't seen any responses, then we'll have to check if we have an email issue too. So far, I have received nothing in my inbox on either account. Will double check junk folders in about 5 hours. Weird, I'll let the rest of the team know. Thanks! In the meantime, I’ll continue to crunch. The ONLY email from WCG on my system was the one to the Alpha testers sent on 10/1/2022. Any feedback on the disappearing emails? |

Yes, that would certainly be very helpful, Cyclops, 'cause without any current versions of the three generated "arp1_stats"-files (state.txt, generations.txt and completed.txt) we are virtually as blind as a mole. You see, anybody knows, when looking, what is in one's own queue (and we can view any ARP1-tasks there, if present), but we have hardly any idea about what is happening 'outside'. Are the ARP1-units marked as Ultras moving? Are the units marked as Extremes moving? What are the current boundaries of the Accelerated category? Is there a problem with ARP1-tasks that are stuck? It can always be worse - for the past 2 hours, everything was down? My clients gave 'can't resolve hostname' errors. Yeah, Krembil is truly relentless.Noticed first that uploads had gotten stuck, then saw that no host could report, and when trying to check this forum, it seemed as if DNS got fubar'ed...
