Despite recently adding Windows based devices to my profile they are not displayed on the Contributions page even though the device name and the completed Work Units are listed in Results. The work has been validated for some time and no credit has been applied to either myself or my team.
It would be appreciated if Tech Support would directly address this issue so volunteers who donate their time and resources for this important worthwhile global initiative can have some confidence that their contribution is being recognised. |

If my experience can help adding some confidence: after adding a new device on 27-11-2022 I only saw it appearing in My Contribution one week later, out of the blue. When consulting the history of the device I saw it was complete  , starting at 27-11-2022.Latest word on this matter from Cyclops in post 679710; see also e.g. post 679115 in thread "My contribution not showing up". Despite this, I can understand you want to see your missing results everywhere where they belong on the website - it's one of my biggest desires, too. |
