Hi Cyclops. Sorry to go over same stuff again, I posted & emailed around 12th April regarding a device added on 4th. Been twenty days still nothing in history/devices & overview shows same number WUs completed for a while. Sent fwded copy of prior email to support email just now as no reply from previous one. I appreciate may have problems with email at the moment.

HostID: 8698391 & Device Name: ASUSB450M-KII5600 (That's NOT two ones after the "K" it's two letters between H & J in alphabet!; hyphen between M & K NOT underscore! Looks a bit like an underscore in this small reply window).

I know you said had sent to tech team but I forgot put host name in my last post about this as I sent via email. Thanks in advance any time spent here. Keep up the good work!

Hi FJT, Spiderman and Skip Da Shu, all of your device IDs and names have been sent to the tech team.

We did receive your emails and respond to them but due to an ongoing issue with our email system the response emails were never sent. Sorry for the confusion.

The answer is that no tool can do that, the Wiki page of wcgstats says:
  • to list your known devices, see options -M and -Z
    and the case is, the devices that aren't listed on the Devices page of WCG's site, are still unknown to (a part of) WCG, so wcgstats can't find them.

    If you should download wcgstats from the Files page, the source of wcgstats states:
    # To find the numerical ID of all your (recent) devices, use option -Z of this program.
    # However, this doesn't always work: if the server doesn't return a record for your device, that device will be missing from the output.  In that case, there is another solution:
    # you can find the DEVICE_ID in the file "sched_request_www.worldcommunitygrid.org.xml" in the BOINC-directory ~boinc on the designated device by inspecting the contents of the element <hostid> in that file.
    # (Similarly, the DEVICE_ID can also be found, per PROJECT (i.e. underneath each element <project>), in the file "client_state.xml" (and possibly in the file "client_state_prev.xml") in the BOINC-directory.)
    # (Note however that viewing/editing its configuration by trying to open https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/ms/device/...EVICE_ID&deviceType=B would still be impossible then.)

    Hi Chris, I can follow up with the person I submitted your info to and ask if there is anything strange happening in your specific case. I believe we will be increasing efforts to solve the missing devices issue since it's such a commonly reported issue in general.
