So are we done yet? I know its coming up soon but ive been checking every day for the last week for a status update
do scores reset when the next project comes around? or are we always building off of a WCG base. (i am hoping to get 100 results returned but i honestly dont think it will happen before this is done) I know this is a random thread but its a question none the less :) |

Your scores will not reset. Points earned from contributing to the next project will be added to your current points.

How to explain to the new members of a TEAM which they will never join the first of this same TEAM? They go crunch 1 week, perhaps two and then will enlarge the percentage of inactive of each TEAM. This percentage is rather high in all the teams. To keep the results of the members acquired by project and réinitialiser with each new project would have been more justifying. Imagine that at each springtide of soccer each team sets out again with the results of the previous season. This penalizes the new members and the new teams. Sorry for my bad english but i use a online translator |

Hey Flanders,
i think the situation in here is a little different from a soccer season. But i do think there should be stats breakdown in the different projects. Like when a new team focusses on a new project they can get to a high rank soon enough. |

Hey Flanders, i think the situation in here is a little different from a soccer season. Please look into team thread! I' just see compétion and nothing else How do you explain in belgium there are 256 members registred et perhaps 65-75 actives? I think that's the same in others country. All members of my team crunch with their home pc. So they assume themself the cost of wcg. I just try to not decrease the actives members in my team and if there are not a breakdown in statistics, i'll have more difficulties to do it. They all stand for the new project for the news stats. edit for add mini stats All teams are concerned : Users returning works yesterday MOT = 46,38 % Amd users = 13,47% Cruncher's Inc = 66,64% Hungary = 16,53% Team Grenouille = 13,77% Vulture = 59,09% SuperBytes = 31,58% Free DC = 38,89% Arizona States Univ = 40% [Edit 1 times, last edit by Former Member at Nov 5, 2005 2:19:16 PM] |

The scores will not reset, so you will keep your points. The HPF research scientist is on a trip at the moment, but will have an update when he gets back. We have some exciting news coming soon.

Hey Flanders,
i'm pretty sure that the inactive has nothing todo with people who become inactive. There are a lot of people just checking out a project and then go away again. Take me for example. I've joined the project the day it started. After a few weeks i got tired of it, went todo some boincing. Now i'm back... (and won't leave for a loooong time ) |
