new pc

I have a new, way stronger pc (with the old SDD and HDD), and started to run BOINC again. It's two weeks now with several forwarded tasks, but no points at all. Still seems my last activity was in 2019 september. What do i do wrong? Refreshed the client to the newest one.

You're not providing much detail about the things you checked, all I can see is your forumname 'remete13'.
So this must be you: remete13

Do you have any tasks in progress? What tasks? Also, if you go to your Results page, do you see any tasks 'In progress'?

Re: new pc

I'm not receiving points for two PCs (3+4 threads) with recent BOINC installs. Both PCs are not listed under 'Devices' on the Overview page.

Another PC (2 threads) that was running before the shutdown is receiving points. That PC is listed under 'Devices' on the Overview page.

Points for all of my PCs (2+3+4 threads) are being recorded on external stats sites.

Let's hope this gets resolved soon ...

Re: new pc

Let's try to get one step further.

So you say you have Valid results on your Results page.
When you go to the Filter panel, clicking the sieve button (indicated by the symbol that you'll find between those of the looking glass and the download symbol, over the 8th field, 'Claimed credit/Granted credit'), then under 'Device', there is a field 'All Devices'. When you click that field 'All Devices', a drop-down list will be opened. Is your device listed there? Select its name, then click 'Apply filters'.
You should see a list of your results returned by your device. You should also see a new URL in the address bar, starting with "https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/contribution/results?deviceId=", followed by a number. That is your device's DeviceID.

When you go to Device management, do you see your device listed there?
If you don't, do you see it when you state Installed anytime/With results returned in the last 3 days and click Refresh?
If you see your device's name now, does its DeviceId - when you hover over its name to read its URL as described above - match your device's DeviceId that you found earlier when I wrote "That is your device's DeviceID"?

(Background: As I have a laptop that's returning results, too, and I don't see it listed under 'Device management', this may be a comparable case.)

In Boinc Manager, in the Advanced View, when you go to Statistics (Ctrl+Shift+S), does clicking 'Show host total' show a line going up?

Do you know what Profile Name your device is using? When you go to your Device profiles, do you see your device's Profile Name listed there?
