Downloads take days to complete as well.
Is this ever going to be corrected? We cannot run a BOINC Project with this download issue and no bandwidth. |

It very much appears that there are severe limitations on the bandwidth and number of connections available. Whether this is due to actual network limitations or server configuration we the people who are actually doing to the work have no way of knowing, but it is very frustrating. Particularly so when this used to be one of the projects that didn't suffer from the network issues that plague the small projects.

Hi bcavnaugh, the bandwidth issue is currently being worked on and is expected to be resolved in the next few days. This sounds like something that should be published at the News section. ![]() - AMD Ryzen 5 1600AF 6C/12T 3.2 GHz - 85W - AMD Ryzen 5 2500U 4C/8T 2.0 GHz - 28W - AMD Ryzen 7 7730U 8C/16T 3.0 GHz |

Appears to always have one or the other problem for the past month.
Problem 1. Lots of tasks with very slow or stalled download. Problem 2. Barely got 5 tasks per day (OPNG and ARP1), with fast download. Repeat problem 1 then 2 then 1 then 2 which have been going on for a month. |

Checked the forums website using Chrome Developer tools - is the Apache deflate option for page compression enabled? Chrome is accepting gzip etc , the response does not appear to be compressed/gziped/deflated. The dynamic compression is a small overhead on the servers but a huge win for bandwidth - files can be reduced by 90%
