Do you want to know about these? I retried the download and they came in. Now 4 jobs running!
It would be nice to see a steady flow, even if low numbers, throughout of the 24 hours of releasing jobs could be done! That way some research progresses while issues get ironed out. <- just excited to see WCG resume work. Krembil (WCG) is aware of the problem. It is documented elsewhere. And they are continuing to troubleshoot the problem and work towards the solution.
Unfortunately, there is no ETA on the resolution. |

It is a shame BOINC doesn't have the option to prioritise downloads from the manager to allow all files from one task to be retried till they get through. (This feature has been requested but not taken on by anyone as far as I am aware.

(This feature has been requested but not taken on by anyone as far as I am aware. The BOINC client is supposed to be able to work with pretty much any kind of project, and each of them could have different priorities and requirements, it's just not possible to find a universal solution. This is a WCG specific problem and needs to be solved by WCG...Ralf |
