It's been almost four months, why no answers from the team?

I would also like to ask:

  • will the results of the research be of public domain?
  • will the software used be published as well?

The data generated by WCG has to be published and available for anyone who wants it. That's part of the agreement that projects and WCG sign.

AutoDock is already open source software and that includes the GPU version.
