Hi,
My Raspberry Pi 4 running on Debian ARM64 is not receiving any tasks. It used to receive tasks. Is there any way for me to diagnose the problem? Thanks |

Have you changed the type of project you are requesting?

I haven't changed anything. Anyways, these are the log messages:

Perhaps the solution to your problem might be found in the sticky thread Running a 32 bit Application on 64 bit Linux on ARM in this forum.

I tried the procedure in the sticky thread, and the problem is still not resolved.
It still says "Wed 05 Jan 2022 14:36:39 GMT | World Community Grid | [error] App version has unsupported platform arm-unknown-linux-gnueabihf" My cc_config.xml is now the followings: <cc_config> <log_flags> <task>1</task> <file_xfer>1</file_xfer> <sched_ops>1</sched_ops> </log_flags> <alt_platform>arm-unknown-linux-gnueabihf</alt_platform> </cc_config> Is there anything else I could do to investigate further? |

use this one: <cc_config> <log_flags> <task>1</task> <file_xfer>1</file_xfer> <sched_ops>1</sched_ops> </log_flags> <options> <alt_platform>arm-unknown-linux-gnueabihf</alt_platform> </options> </cc_config> This is a copy of my cc_config.xml of my odroid systems which works fine. |

I updated to the new (official) 64 bit version of Raspberry Pi OS. I had to make the same change to the cc_config.xml
With a default install, this is located in /etc/boinc-client I hope this helps others. |
