Re: bad long packet?

Have you tried a restart first?
If that doesn't work, then don't worry about it and abort it.

If it repeats with other OPNG tasks, please post again.

Re: bad long packet?

I killed the packet after more then 48hrs

Almost all of my OPNG packets on this laptop takes more then the 1000 seconds I read in another thread. They do seem to finish. But they run for double digit hours. Current packet has 13:58:xx, 99.903%, remain:00:00:48. Watching for 5 minutes the 48 does not change. But percent became 99.904%. It looks to me like some kind of a closing routine has to format a huge amount of data.

I dislike 48hrs was spent on a packet and I'll get no credit. Maybe 50% of some kind of running average seems fair.just say'n.

This box is a mostly unused win10 i7(6th gen) 16g, 128g SSD laptop running all 4 threads at 80%.
Average time for an OPN1 packet is 8 hours.
