Hey guys,
When I checked my overview page tonight (My Contribution --> Overview), the page loaded, and then dissappeared. I thought this was a Chrome-only issue, and so I tried Microsoft Edge and I got the same thing. I even tried to look at the overview page on my Android phone, and I got the same error. I just wanted to let the admins know. |

Yup, happens from time to time. The reason seems to be unknown for now, but removing the WCG cookies seems to help, until the next time it happens.

If someone who experiences this issue could generate a "har" file and send it to support@worldcommunitygrid.org (attention Kevin), I would appreciate it. I have not been able to reproduce so it is hard to get to the root of the issue. This "har" file will give me good information about what is going on.

It seems related to pc clock:
I noticed the problem only after the 11PM (in Italy) and it disappears if I pull the clock 1 hour back. I hope this can help. PS: I sent a mail with har files before and after 11PM |

My time zone is GMT which is UTC.
At 23:03 I observed the failure. At 00:06 it works |

I am glad to see I am not the only one this happens to. It started about two weeks ago and has not resolved. I can kind of get around it by launching the BOINC Manager and using the "Project web pages" links to view Results Status and the web page will not disappear. So it looks to me to be a problem with the overview page coding specifically.

Same time problem to me. Timezone is MEZ (UTC+1hr).
----------------------------------------Contribution/overview page called at 23:45 failed, empty page. Contribution/overview page called at 00:05 ok, all displayed. Hmm, I just tried accessing the Overview page at 23:17 and the page opens for a second and then turns blank.

Overview page did not work at Nov 21, 23:39 UTC+1. When updating, the page shows for a second, then goes totally blank. The page works again, at Nov 22, 00:01 UTC+1 Browser Edge Chromium Version 96.0.1054.29. |
