Re: New Website - Fixes needed, omissions, suggestions, ...

I notice at least one type of statistic has been removed: Ranks. A new one was added: streak. So now I'll know how long Trembil has been in charge. Any chance we'll get our rankings back?

For what it's worth, this has also been queried in other threads... The rankings are still accessible, but currently it's non-trivial... Here's a link to my suggested access mechanism in one of those other threads; following replies expanded on that. Others have provided roughly the same answer in other threads too.

Hopefully, once the transfer to Krembil is completed, things like this will be sorted out; for now, the more technical aspects of site transfer (including major bug fixes such as the OPN1 memory leak!) are (probably rightly) given precedence over missing items and other "snagging" fixes.

Cheers - Al

"the transfer to Krembil" is becoming a flying word - it can be used in the same way as the "Free Beer tomorrow" Sign in Pubs.

Come on, give them time - a transfer of this size is non-trivial.

And expected to last for months.

I notice that this site (Forums), whilst using the WW Time Zones, does NOT seem to take account of Daylight Saving differences (ie typically an hour forward in summer - and back to normal in winter).
Certainly not a high priority fix needed given that "the car is still broken down on the side of the road" but it would be great to have it added to a list of "to do"s" for the future
