The only site issue I've been is having are random "too many redirects" errors when trying to access the forums but that seems to be improving. Just had to clear my cookies to fix that. ![]() If this happens again, and if you can recreate it, can you open the network tab by doing the following: On Firefox type: Shift + ⌘ + J (on macOS) or Shift + CTRL + J (on Windows/Linux). On Chrome type: Cmd + Opt +J (on macOS) or Ctrl + Shift + J (on Windows/Linux). And then send a screen shot of the console and the network tab to support@worldcommunitygrid.org and reference this thread? thanks, Kevin knreed, Just sent you an email.. My take is this - Out of all the projects I crunch the website for WCG has been the worst. It just doesn't follow the same format as all the other projects. This hasn't changed.
----------------------------------------I like the overview look. No issues there. I'm not a fan of the new badges. Can't quite put my finger on what it is I'm not keen on. Too similar in colour maybe? Primegrid has great colours for example. I don't like that there still no drop down to check the server status like most other projects. I also don't like how there's no drop down box for "forum"!! God knows how I found this page. I couldn't find it for the life of me on the WCG page. Why not have "Community" --> "Forum" Simple! I appreciate the work done and maybe it's like most new things and just takes time to get used to. ![]() ![]() |

Does anyone know where "Results Status" is buried where you can query the various devices/projects/status/??? TIA Click on My Contribution and then click on Results ![]() Ralf Can you clarify what you are looking for? That page allows you to look at your results and filter by devices, project, status, etc. Clicking on the second icon on the right at the top of the table gives you those options. You just don't have the same functionality as with the old result page. Everything is much harder to find and use. Much harder to find, agreed, because you aren't used to it yet. On the old page, it was two clicks, one on the selection drop down, one to apply and you could very quickly see each status, device or project. You just don't get this that quickly with all the new "improvements". It's still two clicks. Go to your results, then click (first one, the selection drop down) on Filter Panel (button depicting a funnel, between the two buttons of a magnifying glass and a downward pointing arrow), then if you wish, fill out your selection, then click (second one) to apply. That's it, still two clicks. [Edit 1 times, last edit by adriverhoef at Oct 2, 2021 9:23:18 AM] |
