At "About", only the "Our Partners" page is functioning.
----------------------------------------The rest only display code, JSON etc, as if I was inspecting the code of a website with my browser. Using Firefox 92 and Windows 10, both up to date. Hi Falconet,
I just tried to reproduce this error on my personal machine using FF and Chrome in Win 10, but all the content loaded for me. If this is error persists for you, please take some screenshots and contact support@worldcommunitygrid.org so they can do in-depth testing and give you specific help. Thanks! |

It persists and it doesn't work on Microsoft Edge either or on my Android phone using the Vivaldi browser (Chrome based), Android 8.1. The window displayed the exactly the same on the Android as it is on Microsoft Edge.
----------------------------------------Screenshots: Microsoft Edge, latest version Firefox 93 I tried disabling adblock and other extensions on Firefox and it was the same result. I also deleted the WCG content so that Firefox would download a fresh copy but the result was the same. Installed Google Chrome on the Windows 10 laptop and it displays the same error as it does on Edge on Windows 10 and Vivaldi on Android. Then I installed Firefox for Android and it's the same error page as it is on Edge and Vivaldi. ![]() - AMD Ryzen 5 1600AF 6C/12T 3.2 GHz - 85W - AMD Ryzen 5 2500U 4C/8T 2.0 GHz - 28W - AMD Ryzen 7 7730U 8C/16T 3.0 GHz |

(I'm making an assumption that you are familiar with browser developer tools - if that assumption is false, let me know and I'll provide more detailed instructions for the questions below).
Can you take a look at the developer tools in those browsers and let me know what you are seeing in the javascript console? Also - can you take a look at the network tab and let me know which api calls are erroring out? That looks like for some reason you are seeing the response from a failed api call rather than the page itself. |

Unfortunately, I am going to need some instructions as I am not familiar with these tools other than knowing they exist.

Well, if no one else is having issues, I don't really mind this.
----------------------------------------Just seems weird that it's across multiple devices, browsers and even network connection. ![]() - AMD Ryzen 5 1600AF 6C/12T 3.2 GHz - 85W - AMD Ryzen 5 2500U 4C/8T 2.0 GHz - 28W - AMD Ryzen 7 7730U 8C/16T 3.0 GHz |

You are not alone Falconet. It fails for me too under Windows 10, with Firefox 92.0 and Chrome 93.0, same way as you described.
----------------------------------------It failed the same as far as the effects are concerned in my Ubuntu 20.04 machine with FF 90.0. However there is a variant there regarding the layout of the pages which work : the leftmost menu column contains only the titles without any arrow to expand them. Fortunately (from a practical viewpoint ) the old menu bar still appears at the top and allows access to the detail items !!! I don't know if the second problem is linked to the initial one, so I kept them together for now. |

When this happens, can you check if you have the cookie "WASReqURL" stored and then delete it (and only it) and try accessing the home page again?
Also please copy the value of the cookie because I'd like to know what the value of the cookie was if it is the source of the issue. If it isn't this, then open the console window on your browser by doing the following: On Frefox type: Shift + ⌘ + J (on macOS) or Shift + CTRL + J (on Windows/Linux). On Chrome type: Cmd + Opt +J (on macOS) or Ctrl + Shift + J (on Windows/Linux). If you can send the contents of the console window and also a screen shot of the network tab from the developer window to support@worldcommunitygrid.org attention of Kevin then that will help me understand the source of the issue. Thanks for your help investigating |
