(S)low upload speeds
Noticed a low upload speed - i.e. sometimes - since yesterday, Sunday 19 September.

(Times below are local, minus 2 hours for UTC, so 02:00:22 = 00:00:22 UTC)
(File ARP1_00xxxxx_xxx_x_rxxxxxxxxxx_3 mostly takes the longest time to upload.)

Transient http errors here too, 1 worked after a manual retry, rest did not.

There was something using up a lot of inbound connections but not uploading any data. We had seen this before on downloads and had deployed some settings that disconnected those connections that had effectively gone idle. Now that we have seen this on upload as well we have deployed similar settings for uploads.

The issue should be cleared now. Please try again and let us know if things are working normally again.

I'm still seeing issues with ARP tasks not uploading at all, uploading very slowly or uploading for a while and then stopping.

Edit: There appears to be a problem with my connection's upstream so the problem is most definitely on my end.

There i thought uploads for arp1 went directly to Delft, The Netherlands.
