Active Task State: 10

Running boinc on Debian Buster server - ARP WU's reach circa 80% then enter "active_task_state: 10 (Copy Panding)" according to boinctui. They then fail to complete.

I'm sure it's something simple - all other WCG tasks run fine. However having searched Google I can't find an error message that matches this!

Can anyone help?!
