Let's return to the highest batch we were at on Sep 20, 2022 4:35:22 PM, before they started to fill the gap with lower numbers.
We were at OPNG_0156575.
Now I got:

Alright, it seems like the contention has eased up a bit I think. Still HTTP Transient errors, but more tasks are getting through when pushing Retry button, so that's good!

I have filled in the gaps to the best of my ability and yeah, here it is:
