(what happened , with the OPNG_0108xxx batch, that suddenly appeared, and disappeared just as quick?) |

Regarding recent tasks...
We appear to be getting "main sequence" workunits for a different, new, receptor now. The highest batch I've seen with the receptor we'd been processing for ages is 0106693, the lowest batch I've seen with a new receptor is 0106717 (and 0106851 is still the same receptor). At a first glance based on the system where I only run one task at a time, these tasks seem to get lower credit on average (easier dockings) but seem to take at least as long to run (bigger grid!) As for those "out of sequence" 0108xxx workunits, they also were for different receptors; the three different ones I saw were all variants on a common theme, and there didn't seem to be many of them, so probably a quick look at something different :-) -- however, I only saw 11 tasks from 3 batches so that's too small a sample to be sure! (The three batches I saw were 0108039, 0108087 and 0108149, for what it's worth...) Cheers - Al. |
