My log has already been sent to support who have said that they would refer it to the techs.

About 18 idle cores since 1.5 day.
----------------------------------------In couple of hours, 2 more cores will run dry as well. Hopefully, it will be fixed with this week start Cheers, Yves |

Suggest adding SiDock and/or Rosetta, both are working on Covid.

Greetings everyone,
As mentioned above, please go ahead and send me your sched_request and sched_reply for worldcommunitygrid.org. I have not been able to recreate the issue from my test machines and would like to see those to run against a debugger version of the scheduler. Remember to put ATTN: Uplinger as support@worldcommunitygrid.org is a shared email address and those will then get forwarded to me. This is my highest priority to start the week. Thanks, -Uplinger |

I just found this thread ...
----------------------------------------I have had 4 machines of 8 affected by this rubbish for about 36 hours. I'm just investigating one of them ... It has 194 OPN1 tasks ready to report, but gets the"internal server error" and can't report them. These tasks should be shown in the website Results Status as "in progress", but there are NO tasks shown as "in progress". I'd expect this situation to cause some kind of internal server error (!?) Maybe the techs might consider fixing it? The machine can download and run Rosetta@home tasks perfectly. Maybe resetting the WCG project will work? [Edit:] Resetting the WCG project didn't work - the error still occurs [/edit] [Edit 1 times, last edit by Rickjb at Feb 22, 2021 4:30:16 PM] |

I suspect tasks have been accepted as reported by WCG but the notification back to the PC(s) failed so they think not complete.
----------------------------------------Thus nothing showing on WCG as had validated adn cleared down. If no tasks in progress a reset may well work. Suggest send documents to support as previous post by uplinger before doing so. Paul.

Hi, guys
----------------------------------------I got my response from support as apposed to Uplinger. They recommended I try the project reset which I did. It cleared all the outstanding reports but did not cure the HTTP error. I still can't download. They suggested that the next step was to send them 2 files which I have done. I will report back here what happens next. Mike [Edit 1 times, last edit by Mike.Gibson at Feb 22, 2021 5:15:54 PM] |

You may well find that your units have already validated because that is what I found. Please note that I originally posted in my own thread a few days ago. I suggest that you look there to see my earlier posts and Uplinger's reply. Mike |
