I think I have saturated my internet connection. I have changed the mix in the machine i question, but Have noticed another machine has cropped up with similar errors, although only a few. I have subsequently changed the mix on that machine also. I have the error rate down to about 1 every 200 completed units. With a little more tweaking, I think I can make it even less.
