Hi, I haven't received any new work in the three days. I've pressed the Update and Reset buttons a couple of times with no effect. Is there anything else I can do to get WCG to download work?

Which projects are you trying to get work for? What OS are you running?

Are you still signed up via Science United (as per your earlier message on 20th November)? That system can have some strange effects on what work you get and when!
If you've given up on Science United (arguably a good call if you are interested in WCG projects!) then answers to BladeD's questions may help us to help you. Remember that, unlike many other BOINC projects, WCG doesn't let us see information about your computer(s) or your completed tasks, so we're operating in the dark! Mind you, for all we know you might've started getting work again without needing further "help"  Good luck - Al. |
