confused Sudden 10x # of WUs in PVe jail...
From the last time I checked last night (PST) to today (this morning?, not sure when as I left the house very early this morning), the number of WUs marked as "Pending Verification" as increased 10 fold! PVa jail is still at the same level.
I got aware of this only when I got home a short while ago and noticed that the credits after the morning update were only about 80% of what it usually is.
Is there any specific system-wide issue that would all the sudden cause this?

I only show about 6 units in pending verification, less than normal. Pending validation is up to 11 pages.

For me, it went from 1 page PVe to 11 pages (dropped to 10) and 10 pages PVa (that has the last few weeks been moving between 8 and 11 pages).
And for the longest time, at least before the more or less frequent days of outages, it was barely even 1 page PVe (usually 5-6 WUs)...

The sudden drop in credits was what led me to check on what could possibly be wrong with any of my crunchers, that's when I noticed that the overall # of WUs didn't change, but the sudden rise in PVe WUs, without any other noteworthy change on my side...

My PVa number has increased since SCC has paused. PVe is about the same as usual.

I also noticed two pages of "errors" where I used to have maybe 1 or 2 WUs in the past.

Something is certainly up, and I am not convinced at this point it is something on my end...

Do you have any info on the nature of the errors ? Are they from a particular machine or from different machines ? If you have errors, you will be entering a period when the number of work units requiring both verification and validation will increase.

Two months ago, I stopped running MIP1 tasks on my laptop. Today, I've started running MIP1 again on my laptop:

Is this what you are seeing, too, TPCBF (Ralf)?

At the same time, on my desktop, MIP1 tasks are all completing just fine.
