Can not change device profile settings

Hi
On the website, when I go to the device manager, device profiles, and try to change the option that my system is running on (standard settings, minimum impact, maximum output, ect.) I can not seem to enable the "Custom Profile" option. I have done it at least 30 times, and everytime I hit the save button, it says it was changed sucessfully, however when I return to the options it is still set to standard. I can make this change with the other options, for example, when I go to "Maximum Output" and hit save, it will actually change the settings, however I can't get the option to stay with the "Custom Profile" option.

I've looked all over the FAQ and can't find anything on this. I'm trying to uilize multiple GPUs, (i've already altered the codes), but all the answers tell me to "just change the settings in the custom profile", but that's kinda impossible if I can't even select it and save it as an option. Is there something i'm missing here? Thankful for any help in advance.

Re: Can not change device profile settings

Hi there.

First of all, there is currently no GPU work at WCG.
GPU work for the OPN1 project will arrive but whether it's next month, December or later is anyone's guess.

Now to the issue at hand, WCG has been doing some quiet maintenance the past couple of days. In fact, I just tried saving a profile with custom settings and it did not work as it went back to standard settings.

So it's clearly a website issue and it could be maintenance-related.
I suggest we wait a while and see if it resolves.
